Parkland Fuel announces that a dividend of $0.0995 per share will be paid on November 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on October 22, 2019. The dividend will be an 'eligible dividend' for Canadian income tax purposes. The ex-dividend date is October 21, 2019.

The Board of Directors of Eaton Vance today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share on its common stock. The new quarterly rate represents an increase of 7.1 percent over the $0.35 per share declared in each of the Company's last four fiscal quarters. The dividend is payable November 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on October 31, 2019. The increase marks the 39th consecutive fiscal year that the Company has raised its regular quarterly dividend, which has grown at a compound annual rate of 17 percent over that period.

The United Technologies' Board of Directors today declared a dividend of 73.5 cents per share on the outstanding shares of UTC's common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2019, to shareowners of record at the close of business on November 15, 2019. UTC has paid cash dividends on its common stock every year since 1936.

The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company declared a fourth quarter regular dividend of $0.15 per share on the company's outstanding Class B and common stock. The fourth quarter dividend is the same amount of regular dividend that has been paid by the company each quarter since 2016. The fourth quarter dividend is payable on Dec. 2, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 22, 2019.

Fastenal reported its board of directors declared a dividend of $0.22 per share to be paid in cash on November 22, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 25, 2019. Fastenal began paying annual dividends in 1991, semi-annual dividends in 2003, and then expanded to quarterly dividends in 2011.
