Stock market index drops half a percent

Ljubljana, 26 March - The SBI TOP blue chip index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange dropped 0.44% to close at 2,015.93 points on Wednesday, as insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav (+0.43%) was the only big name to finish in the black. NLB bank (-1.4%) was the loser of the day, while drug maker Krka (-0.29%) accounted for almost half of the EUR 1.5 million in total turnover.
