    Monarch Networth Capital announces closure of third AIF fundraising Rs 729 crore

    MUMBAI: Monarch Networth Capital has announced the closure of its third Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), MNCL Capital Compounder Fund 2, raising Rs 729 crore from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporates.

    About 85% of the fund's participants were repeat investors from their earlier funds, while 95% of the capital raised came from direct client connections, MNCL said in a statement.

    The collective assets under management (AUM) of MNCL currently stand at over Rs 1,000 crore, with plans to expand this to Rs 1,500 crore within the current fiscal year, the fund said. MNCL is also likely to launch a Portfolio Management Service (PMS) during this fiscal year.

    According to Gaurav Bhandari, CEO of Monarch Networth Capital, the successful closure of Fund 2 is a clear testament to their steadfast commitment to delivering superior value to their investors. “The robust participation of our clients reflects the solid relationships we've cultivated over the years.”

    MNCL Capital Compounder Fund – I, which was launched on August 23, 2022, has delivered returns of 28% CAGR since its inception.
